| I am selling my 2025 Sancak SVT - 7.20 with a berth at Teos Marina. She is afloat in Seferihisar, İzmir, and flies the Turkish flag. She has a fibreglass hull, an advertised length of 8 m, a beam of 2.2 m, one cabin and two berths. There is a bathroom/toilet, and no flybridge. The Honda 225 hp gasoline outboard has run for only 64 hours. All equipment is in working order, and six months of warranty remain. I am offering the boat with her marina berth for the final three days of my offer. I am not considering part exchange. Navigation and anchoring: - Minn Kota virtual anchor system. - Electric windlass, anchor, chain and mooring equipment. - Fishfinder, navigation system, electronic charts, GPS, depth gauge and speedometer. - Marine radio. Galley and accommodation: - Granite galley worktop, gas stove and refrigerator. - Custom furniture set. - Fan ventilation in the cabin and on deck. - Ambient LED lighting and Bluetooth music system. Deck and fishing equipment: - Synthetic teak decking. - Live bait well. - Winter and summer canopy sets. - Sunbeds, passerelle and swimming ladder. - Lifejackets and fire-extinguishing equipment. Tanks and electrical equipment: - Twin fuel tanks, specified as 240 litres. - 120-litre freshwater tank and a wastewater tank. - Bilge pump, inverter, power supply and solar panels. - Pressurised water system.
